"product_free_write": "we pick you up from you accommodation in our pick truck. we do a quick safety briefing and talk about the state of the track. Then we have a short 15min island ride to the start of the track.\r\nonce we offboard from the truck, we start walking down toward the cave. although the track starts easy in the forest, we will provide walking sticks because the track becomes quite arduous over uneven terrain and extremely sharp rocks.\r\nThe walk lasts for about 40min until we reach the first part of the cave system.\r\nWe then go down a ladder assisted by your guide and the adventure truly begins. We start meandering through the cave network. Some crawling, use of ropes and slippery parts are a mainstay of the adventure. after going through a couple of giantic caves featuringes ferns, native trees and even bayan roots, The caves are limestone cathedrals, stunning. we then do an optional side section (quite challenging) to a underwater cave pool for a refreshing dip. YOu guide will also provide refreshing local snacks gathered along the way.\r\nCommentary all the way, looking at stuffs like coco nut crabs.\r\nWe then walk back up the way we came from and dropped back off to your accommodation.\r\nNatural insect repellent, closed toes shows sturdy. Uneven and loose rocks so only for fit adventurers.",
