Description
Hike to one of Rarotonga’s most iconic landmarks on The Needle Walk (Te Rua Manga). Standing at 413m (1,355ft), The Needle is a striking rock formation offering breathtaking jungle and coastal views. This return hike takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, following a well-marked but steep trail. Best started from the north side, the climb can be slippery after rain, so sturdy footwear is essential.
